Hula and the different places it takes us

Hula has taken us to different places around the valley. Last week we performed at the Buckaroo Breakfast which was part of the Snake River Stampede rodeo. It was obviously different than the cowboy type performers but it was really fun. With pretty much all of our performances, we get something in return and that one was breakfast.

This last weekend, we were asked to perform at a local Planet Beach tanning place for a regrand opening. There was nobody really there but the workers and their significant others. We had a lot of fun and it just meant more practice for us. In return we got a Spa pass for everything that they have to offer. We are so excited because Mindy had a coupon for the exact same thing so we plan on going with my mom as well and making a day of it before Mindy gets married. We love getting free stuff and are getting to the point that if we don't get anything for it, we don't really want to go. Some of our group recently performed at a birthday party for an older man with Alzhiemers and received money for it that will go towards costume costs. Anything to defer those costs are great.
We finally remembered to take some pictures together. We still forgot our first costume change, but what can you do. Usually at a performance, we get asked if we are triplets. Do you see it? We don't. We see similarities, of course, because we are sisters but not triplets. We laugh everytime. Most people find out that we really do have Hawaiian in us and they are quite surprised. We just laugh at that as well. Doing this has been extremely fun and I am lucky to be able to do it with my sisters.

Yeah, I don't understand the triplet thing at all. You guys look like sisters, but definitely not triplets! You totally look different! I guess it's pretty rare that there are identical triplets though, so maybe you just all look the same age so people think that you might be triplets because of that? I don't know! It sounds like you are having fun though :o)

I think you girls look awefully alike. Especially if you all wore your hair exactly alike.

I do think you look like sisters but the only thing that would make me think triplet is there doesn't look like alot of age difference but you all have the same color hair! You are lookin' GOOD!
