Wow Haunted House

For all of you crafty or scrapbooking friends, you just have to check this out. Cam is so incredibly talented. We used to be on an Ebay Design Team together called Pocket Full of Papers (PFOP). She was actually the founder of the group which is still going strong today. For personal reasons we have since left it but we both still love to create. This is her latest creation. Is this not incredible! She is amazing. Check out her blog here for more detailed pictures and descriptions. Everything is made by hand...no templates or punches here. PFOP consists of members all over the USA and Canada. However three of us lived in the Treasure Valley (Boise, Nampa, Caldwell). We have gotten together a couple of times to scrap or chat before all of our lives have gotten out of control. I feel so blessed to have become friends with Cam. She is such an awesome person.

New Design Team Challenge

A while back I posted about how I will no longer be a part of the Pocket Full of Papers (PFOP) Design Team in order to take time for family and some of my other endeavors. I told them that I wanted to stay around until the end of April when the new design team challenge will launch.
This new challenge is so incredibly fun. PFOP is throwing a baby shower along with another design team. We are all so excited. Who does not love a baby shower or babies for that matter. All of the members are allowed to make only one item for the challenge, so all stops are pulled for this. Check back towards the end of the week for all of the great listings.

I am excited for the challenge but a little pressed for time. I am wanting to create one of my 12x12 albums for it using the Basic Grey Black Tie Collection. Not typical for a baby album. However, I received 3 new orders for my 12x12 albums within the last week. Two of those orders were through Etsy and the other through a long time client of mine whom I love working with. All of them are for little boys. One of them will be using the Storytime Collection by Cosmo Cricket with more of an alphabet emphasis. The other two will be using Basic Grey. The first, Skate Shoppe Collection and the other the new Boxer Collection with an emphasis in vintage sports. I have a lot of work ahead of me, yet thrilled to see all of the finished products.

Baby Girl ABC Album

I just finished one of my smaller 8x8 ABC albums. I really love how it turned out. It really is so random yet goes all together in the end. It turned out really fun and bright. I made one of these before Gunnar was born and unfortunately it did not sell. I was so bummed. But when Gunnar came along, I was so glad to have it. It has been so helpful in recording everything important about him. It looks awesome with pictures and all of the blanks filled in. And the best part was that it was already made by me. I actually prefer the smaller size but the larger ones sell better. I hope to make a baby boy one next and then hopefully one that works for both.

All that Glitters is Snow

I finished this album a couple of nights ago and listed it on Ebay. I love it! I love the cute little dry embossed penguins on the front. This album is pretty glittery and was really fun to make. I used a Bo Bunny sticker set and then a mix of different papers. It is a 6x6 paper bag album. I just love snowflakes and snow but don't really like to be in it unless I have to. It made me think of all of the snow adventures we had this last month. This would be great for a little snowbunnies adventures.

'Love is in the Air' Acrylic Album

I am officially done with my 6x6 acrylic album (6 sheets, 12 pages) for Ebay. I think it turned out really good. I love this album. It is perfect for Valentine's Day but general enough for any occassion really. The colors are so romantic hence the name of the paper pack that I used...Romantic by Prima. I hope you like it too...

I love the patchwork look of this photo mat.

Fun Design Team Challenge

The design team, Pocket Full of Papers (PFOP), that I am involved in on Ebay recently had a challenge to do something outside of the box. Meaning something that we have not done before or something that is not easy for us to do. I thought that I would make christmas cards. I've never made a handmade christmas card...ever! Just not my thing, but I learned that it can be a lot of fun. I have also never dry embossed either, so I thought that I would give that a try. I really like it. I made 10 cards all together with these awesome lime green envelopes. So here is the creation that I came up with:

I then decided to move forward with these and make another set of cards. This time they are all different and very christmasy. There are 8 all together.

I am not sure if you are like me, but I am behind on scrapbooking Gunnar's pictures. I decided a little bit ago to scrapbook the pictures of what I am doing at the moment for Ebay stuff. So when fall was in the air, that is what I got done. Now Christmas stuff is out so I am off to scrapbook his last years Christmas/Winter pictures. I hope that all of you are better than I am!

Pocket Full of Papers

I am part of a design team on Ebay and we recently changed our name to Pocket Full of Papers (PFOP). It used to be QPSA-Quality Premade Scrapbook Association and so many people (including us at first) had a hard time remembering it. Now our new name is super easy to remember and just plain fun!
As you may know, this month is breast cancer awareness month. In honor of this month our team is having its 2nd Annual Komen for the Cure charity auction. All 14 members have contributed 2 8x8 pages all in pink that have been compiled in a pink album for auction. All proceeds go to Komen for the Cure. We will not see a penny from this. How exciting! The album turned out fantastic. Perfect for a grandma, mother, daughter, friend, co-worker, breast cancer survivor... Please check it out and bid if you feel inspired.

Ebay scrapbook Auction

Most of you don't know that I make and sell premade scrapbook creations on Ebay. I started doing it shortly before Gunnar was born and honestly I have no idea why I thought to try. Well a year and half later I am still doing it. I am now involved in a fantastic design team on Ebay called Quality Premade Scrapbook Association (QPSA). There are 14 very talented ladies that list and sell as well. I have been lucky enough to associate with them and learn tons of new things. I am so happy that I can call them my friends.

My latest creation is a Family Fall themed acrylic album. These are the newest and latest things in scrapbooking. We were challenged by one of our members to make one and then sell it at the same time that others were selling theirs. This albums is gorgeous! The colors are fantastic! Fall is my most absolute favorite season, so I am definately partial to this album. Take a look at our teams other creations and bid if you like.

There are 6 sheets of acrylic for this album creating 12 pages. Each page interacts with the one behind it creating a fun layout.

I love the pieced photo mat on the left hand page.

I just absolutely love this large decorative button on this page surrounded by all of the flowers. So pretty. The other page flips up to reveal more space for photos or journaling. I just love these two pages the most overall.
