What do you do with lots of extra things in your garden. I decided to shred a bunch of zucchini and freeze in two cups for future zucchini bread. I was able to shred 12 cups worth. Jeff and I laugh about this picture because at a quick glance it almost looks like I am freezing something illegal.

hmmm.. you are right, kinda fishie!! Isn't crazy that our kids can be in preschool already? I still remember wishing that they were just old enough to go to nursery!

sweetness. Don't try and smoke it. My garden has been a horrid failure, but I'm going to keep trying. One of these days I'll get it right.
