2.5%

Jeff today informed me that the county in which he works just signed into affect a 2.5% reduction in pay for everyone. That equates into $.40/hour or about $70/paycheck. That sucks! $70 is a lot. It was either that or no paid holidays which would take huge chunks of money out at once. I guess this way it is the same amount but spread over time. This lasts until September when they will re-evaluate it. Who bets that they will return it to what it is now...yeah right. They will either keep it this way forever or make a bigger cut. This sucks!
